Got me in quickly to fix a windshield wiper problem. I originally went to a dealer and I thought I was quoted way too high. They came down to a much lower price and fixed is quickly. GREAT Service!!
I came here to get my used car inspected that i just bought to see what was wrong with it. As I was in the waiting room, mind you I was the only one, I hear the tech come out and say "I don't see anything wrong with it." The rep responds with "it's a used car, there has to be something wrong". About a minute later the rep replies, "there ya go!!!!". He then proceeds to tell me it would be 2k to fix all this oil that's leaking. I have not seen a drop of oil until after having them look at it. Also a belt started squeaking for no reason. So fast forward a few weeks, I take it to someone else to look at it, they say one thing is bad, I get an oil change, now my belt stopped squeaking. This place maliciously attempted to mess my car up so they could charge me money for things that weren't actually wrong with it. I would absolutely not recommend this place unless you want to throw your money away. I'm sure they will respond to this comment with some bs about what was wrong, do not listen to them, I'm telling you they tried to hustle me.

I have been taking my car to Mears for at least 4 yrs now. They do excellent work and I have always been able to get my car in the same day for regular/routine maintenance (oil changes, etc). They always give fair estimates and advise what it a must fix, can wait, etc. They are excellent!
