Fantastic customer service! They e-mailed me an estimate within 24 hours of seeing my car and kept me informed of the whole process and possible changes to the cost once work began. The estimates were easy to understand, even for this non-mechanic - they even had a section that explained what all the abbreviations meant. The work itself was impeccable, particularly the paint matching - my car looks as good as/better than before it got crunched. Highly recommend!
