I have called and went back and they told me that there was nothing they can do. Told me I have no warranty on $500 tires I don't see that. Who shall I call the same place I went? They didn't want to give me the same service they were giving everyone else that day.
I came here 3 weeks ago and the man that helped me acted like I didn't know what size tires I needed so I ended up buying a size up then after I left I have had nothing but problems with my tires not keeping air in them had to make a trip back to get them check to find out someone put the wrong part on one of the tires I spent $505 on 4 tires for me to come back and sit for tire problems now rims are bent but didn't have that problem before will not be coming back for any service here anymore that simple...
I got BRAND NEW tires here and have been having issues non stop ever since! I come in at least 2 or 3 times a month because of issues related to them and they act like its my fault every time! I am a car girl, i know my stuff when it comes to cars. If you are considering getting work done here i would honestly take it elsewhere. I fear that i will have to get new tires again somewhere else. Also volkswagen where i usually take my car told me my rear pressure sensors are broken from when they put the new tires on. Theyve told me this 3 times now and big o denys that they are broken. I believe volkswagen over them any day. Volkswagen noblesville service has never let me down yet.
