Employees were arguing with me on the parts i wanted and was trying to buy. Never felt like i have needed to be interrogated to buy auto parts flbefore going to Auto Zone.
I went there to get a new battery because the old one was crapping out on me. The new one cost me $200, but has a 5 yr warrenty on it. The guy helped me put it in (Volkswagen) and was very kind to me. Great experiences from this time and the previous time i was there.
I was having car battery issues, It was evening and dark, the gentleman still tested my battery, explained which one would be best for my needs and installed it. They were busy, but he took time with me.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Always have parts I'm looking for. I, would recommend them to anyone.
