This is a quick place for good food. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich on a croissant... yummy!
High quality food at very good prices! Atmosphere is great, and I can always find a place to sit, even when they're busy! Their broccoli cheese soup is awesome, but their grilled chicken spud is amazing, too!
The young lady was polite and kind about it. She replaced my sandwich. The disappointing thing about this interaction is the manager should have been out front to apologize. He/she should have been the person delivering my food on a clean plate and attempting to make me feel good about the disgustingly gross plate that I was originally served on.
Came in tonight with the family and recieved the same service and quality of food as usual. The problem tonight is my food was served on a VERY Dirty plate. Someone else's food was stuck to my plate that I didn't notice until I had already had 3 bites.
Stopped in for ice water with lemon for my wife and their superior iced tea, unsweet, for me. Both come in large glasses and they offer all the artificial sweeteners (as fewer as fewer others do). Picked up the huge rice crispy treat. Economical and fast service.
I did not eat as my appetite was gone after that.
For all customers, inspect your plates for stuck on food. For management, I recommend that you take an initiative to make your customers feel good when there's an issue. And if you were unaware of the problem, then train your staff to elevate issues regarding the health of your guests, I suggest some training.
This place has good food. The staff seem like they just didn't want to be there. Not rude really. Just unhappy
