This location is just ok. Ordered a large veggie pizza with no hot peppers. It came to the table covered in peppers and spinach. Another 15 minute wait. We also got a Big Don's Italian Sub. Too much bread and not enough stuff. We were hungry so we ate most of it while waiting for the second pizza. The service was fine. She was apologetic about the mix-up. The pizza was hot and did taste pretty good after all that so it wasn't all bad. This location has received a lot of poor reviews. They can do better.
Always does a good job on the pizza. Not always the quickest but on par with other Donato’s.

I normally don't have any issues ordering online and going to pick up my order at their drive up window. This time, I ordered online and was there at the time it said it would be ready and they totally forgot to make my pizza. It was a day there was a 30% off special for ordering online. I waited at the drive up window while they made it. They were not busy at all either. I am not complaining at all as I understand things happen, just answering this survey as this is the second request I have gotten to complete this survey.
