Horrible Service. Doesn't carry promotions that other stores in the area do. The actual time of delivery is always an hour later than estimated. Product is a 50/50 on whether it will be good or not. I have been ordering here since I was 7 years old. That's 12 years and I will never order from here again.
We haven’t ordered from here in a long time and now I remember why. Took 1 hour and 45 minute, though we were quoted 45. I wish we hadn’t waited for it because every time we have food delivered it’s cold or undercooked. Tried to leave a review from my receipt, but it gave me an error message that my household can’t leave 2 reviews within 7 days. We haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in months and won’t ever again.
Worst service ever! Do not go here! If I could give less than 1 star I would. It took 20 minutes before we even had our order taken. Then after placing our order, 40 minutes went by with our breadsticks not even being brought out and no idea when our pizza would be done. There were only 2 other tables there besides us and they were in the same boat. Not to mention that the phone rang continuously for the hour we were there without any of the 5 employees present answering it!
Even though the 5 star rating is for the food, the service wasn't at all a good experience. They definitely need to hire more people.
DO NOT GO HERE! WORST SERVICE EVER! I was standing waiting for someone to ask me for my order for over 30 minutes and no one came. While several employees walked by. I NEVER EVER complain about any restaurant by this place was by far the worst experience ever! First of all, I first order online but got a call and was told that they didn't have a delivery driver so I had to go pick it up. Once no one said anything after standing for 30 minutes, I walked out.
