If I could give them 0 stars I would. One of my friends got an undercooked pizza & when she called to complain, she could hear them making fun of her when they set the phone down. To quote: “Call someone who cares!” Another friend of mine-the very same night, no less-called them, angry because her pizza was TWO HOURS LATE & was treated like an unruly monster.
Oh & apparently everyone that works there is a manager because when you ask for one, every single person that answers the phone says “I am the manager.” What a joke. Unless you’re looking for pizza with a side of attitude, take your money elsewhere.
This store IS FAST, friendly and delicious. It's always hot upon delivery... good work!
Very bad customer service!! I am regular customer of dominoes and order often. Today was exceptionally bad pizza .when I called to explain how bad pizza was she said I cooked and I know it was right as if I was lying. Pathetic service and rude manager /employee. Her name was Alisha.
They have great service. Very nice people, and a nice little place. Really good food. I love this place.
When they make it right, it's great! Frequently miss delivery notes like ensure extra sauce, make pizza well done.
