Drivers won't deliver more than a mile from the store. All employees and the manager were rude when I asked if they could deliver 2 miles away, even when I offered a generous tip. Seems strange to me that a sandwich delivery franchise is incapable of delivering sandwiches. I mean, I know the guy is on a bike in the radio jingle, but I didn't realize they only had "freaky fast" delivery because they wouldn't deliver.

Have delivered multiple times to my address. Called today and they said they don't deliver to my address. I live three miles from their location. Told it was corporate rule and there must have been an error for them to deliver here in the past. Sounds like employees are making up rules on their own. Their whole business model is based on delivering sandwiches but apparently that only involves a 1 mile radius. Kudos on your ability to lose business based on the only thing your commercials advertise you are supposed to be known for. Freaky Fail.
