I rented a u haul, customer service was great but when I returned the truck my card was accessed a cleaning fee of $33.95 which I think that is just robbery because I swept the truck out and was charged for a utility dolly I ordered but never received. I made them aware that it wasn't in the truck but I still wasn't refunded the $10 I was charged. When I called the general manager stated all trucks that was returned that particular day was dirty which makes me believe that was a lie because my truck wasn't returned dirty. Rule of thumb they should do a walk around with the customer upon returning vehicles to avoid discrepancies. I am highly disappointed and upset because I feel like I was robbed unjustly for the very minimal amount of money but it was my money.
quick and easy
rented a truck for a move and returned the truck with 3/4 & 5/8th of a gallon instead of 3/4 and 7/8th of a gallon of gas and received a $56 charge. This is completely ridiculous given the fact that you cant even tell an 1/8 on a fuel gauge anyway. I will never use them again.
