Apartments seem nice and up to date but management terrible from our experience. My fiance and I toured one of their 1 bedroom apartments (The Jamestown) and were quoted at $805/month. We went back a few weeks later and were filling out our application when we were told that they changed their pricing system a week before we came in to apply and the new price would be $995 per month for a 12 month lease. However, if we did a 9 month lease then it'd only be $900/month. They also explained how now the quote is only good for 48 hours. The leasing agent we were working with was helpful at first and said she'd ask her manager if they could honor the$805/month price we were quoted at a few weeks ago and she'd be in touch with if not by the end of that day then by the next day for sure. We went in on Thursday and I didn't hear anything so I called almost a week later on Wednesday. She said she was still waiting to hear from her manager and that she'd call me back by the end of that day. She called 15 minutes before close and said she didn't have an answer yet so she'd call the next day by noon. (FRIDAY) Finally on Friday she called me back at 3:30 saying she still didn't have an answer and were still trying so just be as patient as possible and they'd be in touch with me as soon as their manager told them. I waited another 7 days and no word. I called them again and was told that unfortunately they could not honor that price I was quoted at. I said I understood and asked when they planned on calling me back to tell me their answer since I'd been waiting for about 3 weeks now and she replied saying I don't really know and then chuckled a bit. Not like she thought it was funny, just that it wasn't a big deal for them to call me back. Thankfully we decided to start looking around for a house to rent instead (and found one) since the management did not seem to be helpful or courteous in this matter. Anyways just wanted to share our experience as a warning for people thinking about moving in!

I moved in last week. I've had 3 issues arise on two separate occasions and they've been resolved within an hour. Very prompt and friendly. Inside looks very up to date and outside very well kept. Very satisfied.
Maintenance is great, office only answers calls occasionally but they have returned most of my messages. The only real complaints I have are the kids who play in the parking lots and by the few dog trash cans which make it hard to drop off your dogs "presents" so a lot of people just stop picking up after their pets. Nothing holds a candle however to the downright nasty and rude neighbors that I have upstairs. I've made mention of it to the office and nothing can be done apparently. These rude young boys who make so much noise all weekend that the television shakes on its stand, the light fixture in the dining room swings and you can't even hear the tv so forget about watching anything. And sleep? No you don't get to sleep because that's when they make the most noise, between 10pm and 4am every weekday. It's a ridiculous living situation and I just wish someone would do something about it.
I've lived here for 3 years, and going on 4. Ladies up front are extremely nice and always try to do what they can to help. They are very open to work with me on my garage changes to help get me a garage close to the apartment building which was full when I moved in. It is pretty quiet for the most part, aside from yelling at the kids every once in awhile to play in the grassy areas vs the hallways. Maintenance people are top notch and always out as soon as I report something. Josh is EXTREMELY nice and very caring person and makes sure you feel at home when whether fixing something or just passing by you. Rent is a little higher with the garage rates, but it weeds out some of the "Bad Neighbors". Electric bill is high... try to get on budget plan! Not sure how that works with apartments. Only recommendation I have is more Dog Poop Stalls in the grassy areas. There are limited stalls which cause people to just leave their dogs poop in some areas.
