Hours posted online are wrong. They close at 10pm, not 12am. Would not have eaten there if I had known this in advance....everyone treated us like we were "those" people who come in right before close when we showed up at 9pm to have a relaxing dinner. We had to scarf our food down. Management needs to get their $h*t together.
Really enjoy BW3's a lot... when dining inside. First experience today with mobile order was pretty bad.
Service was good but despite having a one $ review they are quite expensive for just a casual eatery. The appetizers are on the smaller side and cost just as much as a meal. Spent $50 here just for 2 meals and an appetizer. Food was ok and the waitress was pretty nice but I don't think I'll be returning solely for the price of the food. Other than that if you don't mind price it's not a bad establishment to eat at. Best part of the visit was the cheese curds.
Food here is usually pretty good, but you never know whether you will get excellent or non-existent service. The noise level is always obnoxious, even when there are few patrons.
Wrong appetizer. All of our food came at once. So, most of it got cold. Beer order was wrong. Tall came not short. Our wait did correct the appetizer. And was generally helpful.
Ordered at 4:40p and pickup time was 5pm but I ended up waiting until 5:20p inside the restaurant to get my order. Maybe a one-time issue, but will probably only eat here if I have time to dine-in from now on.
