Best pretzel I have ever had!
Great pretzels and the teenage boys working we're very kind and helpful. I was barely able to speak and they were understanding the whole time. I absolutely recommend you go here for a great pretzel and a great staff

I arrive at this location at 12:45 and order the 3 for $10 special. The girl at the counter told me they have to put more in the oven as they only had two. I asked if I could substitute something else and she said no. I than asked her why is there only two pretzels left when we are in the lunch rush. She said nothing. Than the woman in the back who was playing on her cell phone while leaning on the back of a counter, gives me a drop dead look and puts her phone down and starts playing with the pretzel dough but didnt wash her hands. I really find this unacceptable in the least. First, if your going to run a special, than have the product available. Secondly, if your playing with a cellular phone or playing with whatever, WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PLAYING WITH THE PRETZEL DOUGH. Sadly, this experience will prevent me from buying pretzels from this location.
