What started off being a not so good experience turned out to be great experience in purchasing our new F150. The Sales Manager Brian and Salesman Joel did a great job rectifying some unfortunate issues. They definitely displayed great customer service and gave us a great deal. We appreciate their time and flexibility in working through the deal for us. The delivery of the new vehicle and the explanation of all the electronics by the Tech Employee was outstanding. The entire team did a great job making sure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Bob Estes Ford if you are looking for a vehicle.

Overall a good place to go for your vehicle. I know car dealers get a bad rap when it comes to over pricing and dishonesty often, but I don't feel like I've been treated like that here. Yes, it's still "dealer" pricing, but for the things I've needed done, been just fine for me and our car.
