Love it
Definitely in my top ten places I won't go back to. The student that did my hair was lovely. She was amazing, and I hope I can find her after she leaves. The owner just flat out ignored what I wanted. The student said over and over, "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." Owner literally just went to town on my head and was more excited about the before and after photo than whether I was happy and liked my look. He kept promising everything would be great and if I decided I didn't like it, I could come back and he'd fix it. It didn't take long before I was messaging him on fb to schedule that follow up. I watched him read my message....then he never responded. Literally just blew me off. I figured that was a sign....because if he didn't do what i wanted the first time, you know? Fortunately for me, i was able to reverse the horrible dye job without going back to them. Not only will I not go back as a paying customer, but word of mouth works two ways, dears.
Owners were extremely rude. I fear that their students are being treated poorly. I was told I was not welcome and not to make future appointments.
Just a wonderful experience altogether! You can tell the instructor & students really care about the client's hair here. Kirsten did a fantastic job cutting my long hair! She was attentive & hilarious !
Had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and Jinnifer did a fantastic job on my natural curly hair! I will definitely be going back!
