4 stars is not for the staff or the work done here. Even after our dog had a complication with swelling after his neutering, they were very friendly and helpful. They helped cure his swelling very quickly and did a great job with him. The reason this is a 4 star and not 5 stars is due to crowded lobby. Dropping off was a mad house. That is not the staffs fault, but maybe adjust the drop off times to help lower the volume in the lobby at once. I had a lot of issues controlling my dog, as he wanted to play and smell all the animals. I recommend having someone stay with your animal in the car until they are ready to take them back into the office.
First time I took one of my cats in they were awesome. But this time I can't even get an appointment made. Every time I call no one answers and I have to leave a voicemail then I end up missing the call when they call back. Repeat the cycle. It's been a month of just trying to make an appointment.
Amazing!! Staff is just awesome. Autumn was so sweet and professional. I saw the techs cuddling my cats when they weren't aware of being observed so that's very telling of their love of animals. The prices are a fraction of what's available in my local area. It's definitely worth driving outta town for.
Such a friendly atmosphere and made me feel like I could trust them with my cats. Got one of my cats fixed and within 24 hours, she was up acting like herself again. I already have another appointment set up for my other cat. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cheap and friendly place.
The staff was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend using their services. I couldn't believe all of the people and animals in the waiting room, everyone was very friendly and the time it took to get me in and out was amazing. Thank you!!!! My kitten is doing great!
