Our washer connection wasn't set up correctly either, so despite "having" washer and dryer connections, we then had to wait another 3 weeks to actually use our washer, money wasted at the laundromat.
Fast forward to the THIRD WEEK of August, and we finally get our appliances. After sitting and sweating in peak summer heat (without any offering of window units or fans from them), we finally get the AC installed.
We couldn't unpack our things because most of the square footage is on the home's second story, which anyone knows are normally warmer. Yep, our second story was generally over 90 degrees during the day, with no air flow.
We knew coming into our lease that we didn't have applicanes (AC, fridge, stove), which was fine...we moved in on July 28th, were told things would be sorted out by the 1st, all good, 3 days is nothing.
Their leasing company (Park Place Property Management) is absolutely horrible. They gave us a sense of peace and kindness before moving in, but we quickly figured out this was fake.
Just save your time and do not rent from Park Place, slumlords
Once we got a fridge and stove we could actually cook things! No more eating PB&J and spending crazy money eating out.
