A big thank you to Mike at Mowery for an install on a new water heater. From the efforts of the staff in the office to getting me a quickly needed appointment to Mike's attention with the needed follow up calls to arrange the replacement and install - all awesome! Huge difference and improvement with our new water heater! Same as great experience with our furnace and A/C replacement - will definitely continue to use & recommend Mowery!
Anyway, my THANKS to Mowery. I think the furnace problem is finally fixed (I hope! If not, Bob told me to call back), the price was right, and the service men were nice and informative.
Mowery plumbers are very professional. I had a bathroom faucet that was dripping. They sent Raymond Snyder, he arrived on time with a smile and was very courteous. He had my new faucet installed in no time. After making sure it worked properly, he assured me that if I had any questions to let him know. After he left you couldn’t tell he was here, not a mess was left and my new faucet works wonderfully. Outstanding customer service!
BOB K. from Mowery did an excellent job fixing a couple of problems with our Carrier furnace today. He went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and explaining everything. He is a fast worker, and with some hard-to-locate problems we were having, he was persistent in finding exactly what was wrong. He also double checked one last time to make sure everything was in good working order after he put the unit back together right before he left.
Mowery is the place to call for all our plumbing issues. Even on a Sunday afternoon. The on-call gentlemen, Ray Snyder, came to service my water heater. He was very courteous, informative and didn’t over charge at all. It ended up being a very simple fix, thank goodness. We appreciate Ray and everyone at Mowery. You all deserve 5 + more stars.
After 15 years, had to replace A/C and Furnace. Jay was extremely helpful as we worked through the options and pricing. He also went above and beyond for our needs based on installation needed very quickly. The guys that installed the units were professional and helpful with questions - and cleaned up everything after it was complete. And did I mention - the owner stopped by during installation just to see how the job was going :-) Very pleased with the full process. Enjoying the new A/C and looking forward to better heat this winter!
There was an issue with something breaking earlier in the day that was not our own fault or Bob's, and Bob talked to Andy (manager, I believe) about it, and they covered the expense of replacing the part for me right away. I wanted to hop online to mention this in a review for others to see... Bob was totally honest with me, and Andy okay'd the replacement part, which made my day, and I'm of the opinion that they've got great integrity. I feel like they are not out to price gouge, and I appreciate it and wanted to pass it along to anyone reading reviews. I also heard nice things about Chip (owner, I think) from Bob and another worker who was out today. Seems like a good company to work for.
