The entire team at Nelson did an amazing job creating a special ring for my lady. We started with likes and dislikes then Julie custom crafted an amazing piece that my wife can't stop staring at. We got to shop local with a store that cares about our needs and works to create a lifetime long relationship with the client. I'm moving out of the area but I'll be back to buy our special items in the future.
I had loose stones from old jewelry including one from my late grandmother’s engagement ring. Julie walked me step by step planning and designing my new piece-including pictures so I could really see my choices. It is so much better than I coul imagine!
I love this jeweler. Flexible, creative, and distinctive - my ring was a custom design. Less expensive, my charm bracelet is so clever. They have given me so much more flexibility than the traditional charm - any pendant I have looked at was later made for my bracelet. Wonderful experience.

We visited the store on a Saturday and after looking through the wonderful selection still wanted something slightly different than what was offered in the cases. Jeff and team helped us select a custom setting and stones all within budget and surprised us by letting us know the center stone could be ordered within a couple of days. Sure enough, the stone arrived as promised and the team set the custom setting just in time for my actual birthday the following Thursday! I could not have been happier with the ring, customer, service, or Nelson's willingness to help us craft the exact ring we were looking for. Would recommend their services to anyone!
