I’m so thankful I found this branch. Their team has been so helpful. Sheila has helped me over the phone and in the office and is very thorough. I live closer to several other State Farm agents, but this is by far the best!

Sheila the woman who answers the phones is extremely rude. Pete is a really nice guy but he tends to ramble and not get to the point of the matter. Communication from him as well as State Farm as a whole is extremely poor. I had to call in myself to be informed that I had been found not at fault in a claims case. I was never informed and they had reached a decision weeks ago. HERE"S A TIP: PETE FIRE SHEILA OR TRAIN HER RIGHT AND COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sheila went above and beyond to assist me with all the questions I had concerning filing a claim, as well as finding additional discounts on our policies. Never have I has such great customer service!

I am really confused by some of these reviews. I've been with Pete since I was a teenager and have never received poor service. Sheila is usually who I worked with and she is always friendly and helpful, not to mention she always remembers what's going on in my life and is easy to chat with. My guess is the type of person who shouts reviews in all caps is likely the problem, not State Farm.
