On 8/25/17 around 5-6p these two gentlemen really set the bar high. They are definite assets to this company and I hope they get some type of recognition for that. Great store, Ace is the place when you're looking for that hard to find screw, nut or bolt, and you'd feel absolutely lost at a big box store. That's what I want when I go to a hardware store. No wasted time, just take me to the EXACT thing that I need or id go nuts. That's the kind of help I get every single time.

My service at Ace Hardware in Brownsburg, IN is always wonderful. That is why I constantly return my service. However, this last time I went to rent a U Haul. The two gentlemen helping me we amazing! Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, willing and constantly offering to help, excellent multitaskers (which I greatly appreciate in my personal and professional world), and seemed to really care about me while maintaining a professional demeanor. That is very rare these days. I have several years experience in customer service, so although I am understanding and try to be patient, I expect to receive the same treatment as I expect my team to give our employees.
