What a delightful change of pace? It's nice to find a place where you can get locally sourced food and yummy treats at reasonable prices. I'm eager to see their selection grow!
Nice little shop, but be aware of price mark up compared to buying from the source. I bought some whole bean coffee here for $14.99 per bag, the same bag from the roaster directly is $12. Granted, the roaster's shop is in Zionsville so I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience of having it at a shop closer to me, but 25% mark up seems a bit much. Don't know if they mark up other items this much, but you may want to check into it before you continue to buy from them.
Great store and super friendly people. Lots of good food and good gift ideas.
Finally tried this place and so glad I did! Was able to pick up Batch No. 2 Purple Pride, Revival Chai-spiced almond butter, Risin’ Creek Creamery cinnamon caramel and their herbs de Provence goat cheese, a selection of cupcakes (better than GiGis, addictive and so good!), raspberry and lemon bars (will not share in future), and cheese curds which - according to my husband - authentically squeak. Such a gem of a place!
Great to have local source products in such a small town. Beware they don't always have prices on the products and overall a bit pricey. Great cupcakes but small and priced at $2 each or six for $10.
