Wasn't happy during some of the construction process. There were many things wrong. It took some phone calls and emails. Thanks to Joe Skaggs those things were corrected. Ron Campbell, who did the touch up painting is very nice and professional. Do to the fact that they are trying to correct all of my concerns, I'm upgrading my previous review to a 5/5.
Right now I am giving Arbor Homes a 1 star as I listen to a leak in my kitchen under their cheap, improperly installed shingles! We think we made a mistake moving here not even a year ago
