This place is good, has a wide selection of tools and equipment. The owner understands good customer service. I plan to come here again.

I had another great experience with the Dean's team over the weekend. I rented the Boom lift and the price was quite good, the service by the young lady at the counter was fantastic, the guys helped me hitch it up and walked me through the operation. Great job to all at Deans!! Thanks
I have truly loved working with this company until a recent rental experience. I have never argued prices as they are always more than fair for rentals and purchases. Recently, I had some major breakdown issues with the machine that quickly became apparent after renting. I have used this company for years and they have always been helpful and accommodating. However, after this incident, I asked if they could work with me a bit on the rental price due to the problems with the equipment, and they wouldn't even discuss the matter. It appears loyalty doesn't even come into play and I was quickly dismissed. Very sad.
Dean's has always been outstanding. I have used them over the past 15 years for various equipment one needs occasionally but don't want the expense of owning, maintaining, and storing. Thanks Dean!
