Great location and welcoming environment
Horrible .. might as well close the store .. what are they good for ? .. Never helpful, always rude and they charge 2 dollars for you to pay your bill. (When the manager told me they can bypass the fee, but the store clerks love to charge you anyway.)
Although originally impressed by the helpful attitudes and knowledge of the staff, their inability to call back and confirm that service was indeed scheduled to be installed, as well as indifference by the employee that took my call the night before i was to have service, they dropped the ball big time.
Very helpful & knowledgeable. Casey answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. Would recommend to friends & family.
This is why I normally skip the local retailers and go with corporate. I won't make that mistake again. Thanks guys. You really fu**ed me on this one.
