Really only giving this place 2 stars because the guy that greeted me was friendly and i left with a sucker. If you don’t bank here, i hope you never have to go in to this bank for anything. I tried to cash a Huntington check that was made out to me. I needed the cash immediately or else I would have just gone to my bank in the first place. I was prepared to pay a fee and showed them my drivers license. They needed an additional form of ID and my debit card from my own bank would not be accepted. They handed me a list of acceptable additional forms of ID that included my social security card, passport, credit card, and some other government issued documents. If this is their policy i get it...but when i made the comment “who keeps their social security card on them” the teller replied “actually a lot of people do.” Loooolll I’ve never met anyone who keeps their social security card on them and my bank doesn’t even accept a social security card as another form of ID. Why does a credit card work and a debit card doesn’t? Doesn’t make sense to me and they didn’t seem smart. I wouldn’t trust them with MY money.
