Teresa Ray knowingly and intentionally used illegally obtained data from our company to solicit and market her product and services. The Payroll Department received verbal and written requests, followed up by legal notice from the courts to cease an desist, and she continued to use this confidential and proprietary data for her company's monetary gain. Litigation against Teresa and her company The Payroll Department is being taken to court and sued for more than $200,000.00 in damages and attorneys fees.
